County outage events from EAGLE-I (ORNL)
Oak Ridge National Laboratory (EAGLE-I)
For each county, every run of 15-minute intervals from 2014 to 2025 in which at least 1% of its modeled customers were out, with its start, length, and highest share out; the modeled customers per county; and the share of each state's customers EAGLE-I covered, 2018 to 2022.
Not included: No address- or utility-level outages, no cause, and no record of outages below 1% of a county's customers. A missing record means none was reported, not a confirmed zero.
